Home / Launch Films

Film it before you build it.

The cinematic debut of a development, from your renders, before a single brick is laid.

Sculptural residential balconies with planted terraces in warm evening light

Your renders, directed.

Every development starts as a promise. A launch film is where people first believe it.

We write the treatment, the storyboard, and direct the film from your CGI renders and plans. Light, weather, pacing, people: every frame made so the place feels alive.

A lone figure crosses a plaza between commercial towers at dusk, sunset light showing between the buildings.

Who it’s for.

  • Residential developers and sales teams

Sell the vision, before the show media exists.

  • Commercial developers and leasing teams

Show a working day while the site is still under construction.

  • Hotel and resort developers

Sell operators and investors the feel before first check-in.

  • Architects and development partners

Carry the design intent into competitions, planning, and the boardroom.

Film options.

  • The concept film

The debut. Up to 90 seconds, scored, graded, mastered.

  • A resident stands on a high-rise apartment balcony with a coffee, looking out over a coastal view beside a neighbouring development under construction.

    Residential lifestyle films

Morning coffee on a balcony that’s still a render.

  • Corner office at golden hour with floor-to-ceiling windows over a city skyline, an executive on the phone beside a wooden desk

    Commercial leasing films

The office at golden hour, before the glass goes in.

  • Hotel terrace illuminated at dusk

    Hospitality concept films

The terrace at dusk, before the first booking.

  • Aerial view of an indoor waterfall pouring through a glass-domed atrium, sunlight streaming across the surrounding walkways

    Investor presentation films

A sharper cut for the funding deck and the boardroom.

How it's made

From render to film.

Input

CGI, renders, drawings, at any stage

Output

Photoreal stills, 16:9 film, cutdowns

First cut

5 to 10 working days

Render to Video is how a launch film gets made before the building exists.

Send us the CGI, renders and drawings. We take them to a photographic finish, then into motion: light moving across the façade, people in the lobby, the view from the top floor at dusk.

01

Treatment

We read the plans and write the film. The shots, the light, who lives there.

02

Build

Renders become photoreal stills, then motion. People, weather, time of day.

03

Finish

Grade, score, master, label. Then the cuts for every feed.

What you get

  • Photorealistic stills, day and dusk

  • Styling variations

  • Cinematic 16:9 hero film

  • 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 cutdowns

  • Royalty-free music and sound design

  • Print and digital-ready formats

Launch film answers.

Is ListLift a rendering or CGI studio?

We don't build 3D renders or CGI from scratch. We take what you have, renders, CGI, drawings, and turn it into photorealistic stills and film. Need renders first? We know good visualisation studios and we'll introduce you.

Do I need finished renders before I start?

Finished renders, CGI or drawings all work, at any stage of design. Better input, better output. Send what you have and we'll tell you if it's enough.

How long does it take?

First cut in 5 to 10 working days. A full campaign set in 2 to 3 weeks. Partners on a monthly plan jump the queue.

How much does a launch film cost?

Pricing is on the pricing page, in your market's currency. Price tracks the scope of the project rather than a day rate for a crew.

Who owns the assets?

You do. All of it. Web, social, print, the investor deck, wherever you like. No licence and no small print.

Will it look like AI?

It looks real enough that the law asks us to say it's AI. Every frame gets a filmmaker's eye first, then an EU AI Act label. Your compliance, sorted.

How is this different from a film production company?

A production company shoots new footage, drones, actors, location B-roll, and bills from €40,000 over months. We work from the imagery you already own, so what comes out is your actual building, weeks earlier.

What if my property is already built?

Then you want a Hero Film: the same standard, built from your photography.

Put your scheme to screen.

Send renders and a launch date. We’ll confirm scope in one business day.
