ListLift turns your existing listing photos into high-impact video tours designed for real estate agents, brokers and developers. You send us the photos, we turn them into scroll-stopping videos you can use on portals, social media, email and your own website.
What do you need from me to create a video tour?
All we need are your HD listing photos (ideally 20–30), plus:

• The property link or basic details (location, price, highlights)
• Your logo and brand colors (if you want it branded)
• Any special notes (rooms to highlight, features to emphasise, “no kitchen shot”, etc.)

We handle the rest—story, pacing, music and delivery in the formats you need.
How long does it take, and what does the process look like?
Most videos are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your assets.

1. You upload your photos and details.
2. We create the video tour (with optional AI staging and enhancements).
3. You receive a download link in multiple formats ready for portals and social media.
4. If something feels off, you can request a round of tweaks to tighten it up.
Is this AI? Will buyers be misled?
We use AI and editing tools to clean, enhance, and, when requested, virtually stage spaces. Our goal is to show the true potential of the property, not to misrepresent it. We:

- Keep layouts and structure accurate
- Avoid adding features that don’t exist (like extra rooms or views)
- Can include a short “virtually staged” or “images enhanced” note where needed so you stay transparent with buyers and portals.
