Miramar Cove

A lagoon-front destination in Fort Lauderdale, still in renders. We made a spec launch film with swimmers in the lagoon and shoppers on the promenade, so visitors could picture their day there.

The Furnace

An innovation hub at Glass Bottle, Dublin, still in planning. We turned its renders into a launch film with engineers and founders at work, so future tenants could picture their team inside.

Sand House

The second building of phase one at Glass Bottle, after Lime House. We made photorealistic stills and a launch film, with cutdowns for social, that read as part of the scheme and still gave buyers a fresh reason to look.
