Film for real estate developers.

Living Films made from your CGI and renders, so investors and partners can feel the place at whatever stage it's at.

Four colleagues walking across the plaza outside The Furnace at Glass Bottle, Dublin

Renders are for planners.

The CGI and fly-throughs you're given make planning possible. Selling? Not so much.

The buildings may look right. But fake people get in the way. We take planning files to a photographic finish, filled with those who'll use the place.

Wherever the project is.

  • Planning and funding

A film for the investor deck and the media room, made from your planning renders.

  • Launch

Open registrations with film of the place at its best, while the site's still in scaffolding.

  • Construction milestones

A new cut at each stage of the build, so the story keeps moving until handover.

  • The next phase

The same cast comes back, so phase two picks up where phase one left off.

Developer FAQs.

What do you need from us?

CGI renders, fly-throughs, drawings, or photography, at any stage of design. Send what you have and we'll tell you straight if it's enough.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Launch Films start from C$14,000 when you supply the script and storyboard, or C$23,000 with full creative: concept, script, storyboard, and music. First cut in 5 to 10 business days.

Can we use it with investors or in planning?

Yes. It works in the investor deck and at public consultation. It's an illustrative film, so it sits alongside your verified views in a planning submission.

Will it look like AI?

Real enough that the law makes us label it. A filmmaker checks every frame first, then it gets an EU AI Act label.

What happens when the design changes?

Send us the new drawings. We rebuild what moved and leave everything else exactly where it is.

Do the same people appear in our later films?

Yes. We keep the cast and setting on file, so the next phase opens with the same faces.

Do you replace our CGI studio or agency?

We work with them. Your visualization studio makes the renders and we turn them into film. Your agency gets the cuts to run.

Who owns the film?

You do. All of it. Web, social, print, the investor deck, wherever you like.

Send us your renders.

Tell us the project and the date. We'll confirm scope in a business day or two.
