Commercial real estate FAQs.

What do you need from us?

CGI, renders, show photography, or photos of the finished building. Send what you have and we'll tell you straight if it's enough.

Will it look like our building?

Yes. We work from your own CGI and photography, so the spaces are the ones tenants will find. We don't add amenities you don't have.

Can you show amenities that aren't finished yet?

Yes, from the CGI. We take renders to a photographic finish, so the rooftop or the gym can be on film before it opens.

Who are the people in the film?

A cast chosen for the tenants you want to attract. You approve every face before production starts.

Will it look like AI?

Real enough that the law makes us label it. A filmmaker checks every frame first, then it gets an EU AI Act label.

Can each building in a project have its own film?

Yes. We keep the cast and setting on file, so every new building opens with the same people and the project reads as one place.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Hero Films start from $6,500 with your own script, or $11,500 with full creative. If the building isn't up yet, Launch Films start from $10,500. First cut in 4 to 5 business days.

Who owns the film?

You do. All of it. Web, social, the leasing suite, and retail pitches, wherever you like.

Send us your building.

Tell us what you're leasing and when. We'll confirm scope in a business day or two.
