How Living Films work.

We turn your renders and photos into film with a real cast, and keep that cast for every film after.

Start with what you have.

Most property goes to market on files made for planning or listing.

A living film makes it real enough that a buyer can see themselves there.

We put your files to film: sunlight, laughter, sound, and a human heartbeat.

Same cast, every phase.

We cast once, and the same faces return as your project grows.

Phase two or next summer's campaign picks up where the last film left off.

01

The files

Renders, CGI, game engine stills, drone stills, photography: whatever already exists.

02

The cast

Chosen with you and kept on file, so the people in your first film are still there in the fifth.

03

The library

Every film we've made for you, ready to recut for the next campaign.

As a producer for 30 years, my job has been to bring feeling to international brand films. Now technology allows us to bring that same feeling to any property.

Made by filmmakers.

A building is a promise to the people who'll use it. We make that promise something they can feel.

Anyone buying or investing deserves to feel a place before they stand in it, and that belief is the whole of ListLift.

We bring light and people into your vision, and keep them there as you build.

Living Film FAQs.

What is a living film?

A film that carries on. We direct your renders or photography into photoreal film with real-looking people, then keep the cast and setting on file, so every film after it picks up in the same place.

Do the same people appear in our later films?

Yes. We can bring back the same faces years later, which no crew can promise once someone has moved away.

What happens when the design changes?

Send us the new drawings. We rebuild what moved and leave everything else exactly where it is.

Does this work if our building is finished?

Yes. A Hero Film from your own photography is a living film. A new wing or a new season fits straight in.

Will it look like AI?

Real enough that the law makes us label it. We handle the EU AI Act notice, so it's off your desk.

Send what you have.

Tell us about the place and how it needs to feel. We'll come back with a plan and a price.
