Miramar Cove
Project overview
Miramar Cove is a lagoon-front destination taking shape in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Its renders showed blue water and a plaza without real human emotion. We made a spec launch film for the team, with swimmers splashing in the lagoon and shoppers on the promenade, so future visitors could picture their own day there.

Project details
A destination sells on the days people spend there. Miramar Cove had renders: a crystal lagoon and a retail promenade, both waiting for a real crowd. We took their beautiful renders to a photographic finish, then cast the people who fill a place like this: a couple at the water's edge, friends out shopping, and a swim at golden hour. Movement and sound came next. We made it on spec for the Miramar Cove team. The result is a living film that shows Miramar Cove full of life, long before it opens.

Work
Work that resonates.
Photo & Film
Carcavelos e Parede
A luxury villa transformed using existing photography alone. We virtually restaged the entire property, new furniture, décor, and styling, without anyone setting foot inside.

Palácio da Junqueira
A luxury apartment with commercial appeal and no media to match. We created photorealistic stills and a cinematic reel that positioned the property as a premium shoot location, ready for campaign launch.

Hotel Vale do Gaio
A boutique hotel with architecture worth showing, and photography that wasn't doing it justice. We turned their existing stills into a cinematic promotional film built for advertising and marketing.
