Project overview
A major Dublin 4 development wanted to sell the feeling of home before it existed in real life. We turned CGIs, renders, and show photography into a lifestyle film, giving future tenants a taste of life at Glass Bottle.

Project details
Development renders alone can't convey the feeling of living somewhere. So we partnered with Lioncor to create a cinematic lifestyle film for Glass Bottle, blending CGIs and real photography to capture the light, warmth, and small moments of home.

Work that resonates.
Photo & Film
Carcavelos e Parede
A luxury villa in Parede, Portugal transformed using existing photography alone. We virtually restaged the entire property, new furniture, décor, and styling, without anyone setting foot inside.

Palácio da Junqueira
A luxury apartment in Lisbon with commercial appeal and no media to match. We created photorealistic stills and a cinematic reel that positioned the property as a premium shoot location, ready for campaign launch.

Hotel Vale do Gaio
A boutique hotel in the Alentejo with architecture worth showing — and photography that wasn't doing it justice. We turned their existing stills into a cinematic promotional film built for advertising and marketing.
