Sand House
Project overview
Sand House is the second building of phase one at Glass Bottle, following Lime House. It had to read as unmistakably part of the same scheme while giving buyers a fresh reason to look. We built photorealistic stills with real human presence, a 16:9 hero film, and vertical cutdowns for social.

Project details
By the second building of a phase, Glass Bottle has already introduced itself. Lime House set the standard, so Sand House had to speak it fluently and earn attention of its own. We partnered with Lioncor to turn show media into photorealistic stills and film with real human presence, so the launch read as continuation rather than repetition.

Carcavelos e Parede
A luxury villa in Parede, Portugal transformed using existing photography alone. We virtually restaged the entire property, new furniture, décor, and styling, without anyone setting foot inside.

Palácio da Junqueira
A luxury apartment in Lisbon with commercial appeal and no media to match. We created photorealistic stills and a cinematic reel that positioned the property as a premium shoot location, ready for campaign launch.

Hotel Vale do Gaio
A boutique hotel in the Alentejo with architecture worth showing — and photography that wasn't doing it justice. We turned their existing stills into a cinematic promotional film built for advertising and marketing.
