A shoot runs on other people's calendars. The building has to be finished and the weather has to hold. Actors, extras, crew, and permits all need sorting.
Then phase two opens. The crew has moved on and the actors have other jobs, so you're starting over from scratch.

How much does property video production cost?
A crew's quote grows with the shoot: days on site, crew size, actors, drone work, locations and permits. Living Films start from €5,000. See pricing.
Do I need a drone permit for a property shoot?
For a shoot, your drone operator needs authorisation from the aviation authority: the IAA in Ireland, the CAA in the UK, the FAA in the US or Transport Canada. For a Living Film, there's no drone to fly (unless you want one).
Do the same people appear in our later films?
Yes. We can bring back the same faces years later, which no crew can promise once someone has moved away.
Will it look like AI?
Our films are real enough that EU law makes us label it.
Who owns the film?
You do. We create using commercial licensing and production-ready assets exclusively. All licenses are transferred to you upon completion.
